"I was very happy"

I was in RPH twice, but I was referred to physiotherapy at Charlie Gardiner Hospital.

I thought Kate was really good. She communicated by phone, making sure it was convenient, and she came on time. She was very pleasant, and has left me with exercises to do. She is also going to put me into an exercise class. I have heard from them, and I'm on their list, so when they next have a vacancy, I can fill the place.

I was very happy.
