(as a parent/guardian),

My family wanted to thank nurse Riley and Dr Sebastian at Broome Hospital Emergency Department for their empathetic, kind and prompt treatment of our child when we visited on the weekend. They both made a stressful experience much more bearable and we felt confident under their care. We were informed of treatment plans throughout the entire stay and they were both approachable when we had questions. We felt listened to and trusted as parents to our child and are incredibly grateful for their professionalism.
