Dear septemberqn49,

Thankyou sincerely for sharing your care experience at Harvey Hospital and I am glad to hear that you had a positive outcome from your treatment. Sepsis is a life-threatening condition, so thankyou for attending the Emergency Department. You were in the best of hands with Vanessa, Dora, Jacqui and the Emergency Specialists from the WACHS Emergency Telehealth Service. I have shared your feedback with the Harvey Hospital team. The team go above and beyond each day to care for their patients and the community, and your feedback has made their day.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Higgins, District Director, WA Country Health Service
