My son had cut his finger quite badly and was bleeding severely. I was quite distraught as this occurred just before midnight. The staff took immediate care of my son and were so kind, they took good care of us both and triaged his finger immediately. Thankyou to all the staff and triage nurses for being so supportive, patient and kind.
