About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Campus Centre 2 - Billington Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

From start to finish it was so friendly and efficient. Every person I met made me feel comfortable and happy. Everyone treated me like a person. Other experiences in hospitals have felt like people just going about their business and you’re the patient not a person worth explaining to. This was the complete opposite. Calm, efficient and lovely. Especially the anaesthetist dr Sami who knew it was my first time getting an anaesthetic and make me feel so relaxed about it.
