I had a colonoscopy at Daylesford Hospital and wanted to say how friendly and fabulous the staff were. From the lady on the front counter when you first arrive, to the admissions nurse, to all of the many other nurses once admitted, as well as the Anesthetist to the surgeon, all made me felt at ease and comfortable. For a situation that normally causes great anxiety I felt very comfortable and in good hands. To see all staff working as a team who look like they enjoy their role made for a positive experience in a situation that can be stressful.
