I would like to take the opportunity to highly commend Susan (Urology Section – Royal Prince Alfred Hospital) for her outstanding customer service with regards to helping my mother & I complete the admission application related to my father’s day surgery procedure which was scheduled recently. Susan not only went out of her way to ensure we had the right details & information, she did it with patience & empathy which is a trait not many of us have. She consistently delivered the best customer support service with a smile.
