What a fantastic experience I had yesterday on my day surgery journey. The staff at Busselton Hospital were fantastic, talkative, caring and informative- what a great experience. Customer Service at Gold Class level. Book in at reception was easy, then taken through to the prep ward. These nurses and staff I saw were amazing and deserve all the accolades available to them. Met up with the Surgeon and the anaesthetist who were marvellous, caring and understanding doctors, bravo. Then the aftercare nurses and staff were equally caring and empathetic. I think we have a great hospital here and in my opinion we should celebrate the staff who make our life easier in times when we are a little scared. Congratulations

It is lovely to know that our staff were able to make you feel informed, supported, and cared for during what can be an understandably anxious time. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication you have described are qualities that our teams strive to demonstrate every day, and your recognition of their efforts means a great deal.

As the manager of this unit, I particularly appreciate your comments about the customer service you received, and the caring manner of the staff involved in your care.
