About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as a service user),

I had a physio, Chris, and I wanted to let you know how good he was.

He was very good at explaining and showing me what I could do. He showed me exactly what exercises I was able to do, and I really appreciated it. He was really, really helpful and he was really, really excellent, and I really appreciated what he did.
