"Abdo Pain"

My relative was made to feel like they were an alcoholic, and judged. When my relative arrived the clinician asked how many beers have you had, my relative was honest and said 10, to which I recall the clinician replied, well that far to many! My relative said both clinicians they saw didn’t listen to what they were trying to say, they did do an ECG, then just gave my relative pain relief and sent them on their way.

The clinician said it was Gastritis/ Pacreatitis, how ridiculous for a fit young adult in my opinion. My relative left feeling humiliated (who only has a drink sometimes) so now we are off to another hospital as they are still in a lot of pain. This is the first time I have complained about health care. I would hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thanks for listening.
