"ICU unit"

I was admitted to the ICU unit at the Lyell McEwen hospital, I felt that the two leading nurses were very harassing towards staff members and me. In my opinion, this is a very toxic environment and scary.

Don't get me wrong there are exceptional nurses that work there. And other nurse's male and female that are a real concern. I have made numerous complaints against this hospital to no avail. It seems unbelievable to me that this has been happening for quite a while now, but it seems to me it keeps on being swept under the rug. I feel these people should be accountable for their actions, and apparent abuse of duty of care. Based on my experience, it keeps me awake at night wondering what is happening to someone that is admitted to the Lyell McEwen ICU unit.
