My Wife had bad back pain. We went to the emergency part at the Ballarat base hospital. We felt welcomed by the staff. When we checked in and waited. The wait was long we are very patient. The doctors and nurses that look after my wife listened. Kind and considerate. I can't thank the staff enough for helping us.
