"So impressed"

The first time, I had major surgery back in May and then I had a small procedure done in August. I just noticed both times, and I did want to do something about it after the shoulder replacement, I really was so impressed.

From the surgical team right through to the care after in recovery. There was a lovely nurse there in the first recovery part, and then they took me into another recovery part. They were all lovely. Nurses cop a bad lot sometimes; people are quick to complain but not to say thanks.

In recovery I had a lovely nurse named Tate, she was just absolutely wonderful. Then I was taken around and another nurse named Anna looked after me. The surgical team made me feel very reassured and at ease. There were a few problems going on with me and they took everything into account.
