(as a service user),

I attended for a back injection recently. Everyone was very kind and caring, from the receptionist who checked me in, the nurse and radiographers who looked after me, and the doctor who performed the procedure. Everyone took their time to make sure I was ok, and knew what was happening, right up to when it was time to go.

It is such a pleasure to know that you felt valued and informed about your care throughout your hospital visit, and received kindness from our staff in every interaction, including with our receptionists, nurses, radiographers and doctors.
