"My husband’s treatment experience"

My husband attended Bunbury ER on advice from his GP due to sudden vertigo which was worsening.  We were both so impressed with the level of attention & care he received from arrival to discharge the following day.

Every single nurse, physio & no less than 8 doctors saw him, performed various tests to check for signs of stroke.  They went out of their way to resolve with our private health provider that he was eligible for a private bed.  Scheduled an MRI & explained ahead of time how long the wait for results would take & why.  Offered us food & coffee.  There was honestly no difference in the standard of caring between any of them while managing multiple other cases.  Thoroughly impressed by the service & integrity on both public & private sides.
