I was involved in the Lives Lived Well Day Program with both Brad and John for a three week duration which significantly benefited my mental health and position involving creating a relapse prevention plan for substance use.
My personal journey at this point in time when I begun was the three weeks I required to strengthen my willpower and abilities prior to awaiting employment and regaining my licence.
The work that Brad and John do and deliver has ultimately been a huge positive factor to regaining all that I have lost from substance misuse and abuse.
