"Telehealth Geraldton Regional"

I had a video conference appointment at Geraldton Hospital. I wasn't aware that the appointment was supposed to be via my phone as the log in details were texted to me by the Perth Hospital and I overlooked that bit.  As I had multiple other appointments at hospital, I was referred to Jay in telehealth dept and appointment was arranged to be done at the hospital even though there wasn't one reserved for me. The communication via the reception, telehealth staff and clinician was excellent and I just wanted to say that it was a seamless experience. I was also given instruction on how it was all going to go and what to expect via Jay which made it a lot easier before it started. Thank you for your help!
