My dear friend and I are travelling from Qld, my friend suddenly developed chest pain, I googled our nearest health centre relieved it was only 25 minutes from our camp-site.
On arrival I mentioned chest pain and the lovely receptionists immediately called for a nurse (Roxy) who arrived very quickly. I took over the paperwork thankful I could do this while still supporting my friend. Reception then collected paperwork from me which was very kind. Roxy was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and coordinated the telehealth whilst doing other things! The quality of the telehealth was terrific. At one point transfer to Geralton was a possibility however Roxy managed this additional stressor calmly and in the end my friend was treated thoroughly and kindly within the Northampton health service and discharged after some hours with thorough suggested follow-up. I thank you all for such fantastic care.
