"Rockingham Emergency Department"

About: Rockingham General Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I presented myself to the Emergency Department with a referral from my GP to ensure there were no internal injuries from the result of being subject to the explosion of an aerosol canister.

Since being reviewed from the Triage nurse to the release to go home the care and compassion received from all the staff was unable to be faulted.

Given that my situation in an emergency department would be towards the bottom of the scale of severity the urgency and professionalism that was provided by all of the medical team was of first class.

Dear Rockingham Emergency,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It is truly pleasing to hear that you were happy with your experience in the RGH Emergency Department.

I am privileged to oversee this hospital and the dedicated staff within the Emergency department, who are committed to ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care.

Positive feedback such as yours is greatly valued and serves as a wonderful reminder of the impact our staff have on patients and their families; it will be my pleasure to share your kind words with the Team.

I hope you are doing well since the incident and thank you once again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Kind regards,

Asheila Narang
