"Tour of aged care facility"

I felt the staff member barely acknowledged me on our tour, rushed us through and seemed to get very annoyed when I asked simple questions about the safety of residents (fall protocols, safety of residents during renovations they were doing, why there were random holes in the walls and ceiling, staff numbers, services they provide, ect - very basic questions in my opinion).

I was not satisfied that this place would be a safe, and caring environment, or even have enough staff to care for high needs residents after my tour.

They also seem to charge for literally everything. And while the Google reviews seem alright - staff reviews I have read describe the management as toxic and only caring about profits.

In my opinion, if they are unable to treat their staff well, how can they care for our loved ones properly?

Do your research carefully, our loved ones deserve the best! Unfortunately, I don't believe this establishment can provide that for us.
