"Disorganised"

Person showing us around was, in my opinion, clearly a salesperson. They showed us a room that hasn't been updated properly seemingly since the 1970s? (That's the last time I've seen a bed that old ). It was also very far away from help if there was an emergency.

That's not even the best part...we got a call a week later to come see 'a different room that had just opened up' ...however it was exactly the same room... Literally, it was the same room.... 

In my opinion, if they are seemingly this disorganised with a room - how can they be expected to take care of my loved one?!
