"Northam ED and Radiology Department"

I just want to say a massive thank you to the ED staff at Northam hospital and the Radiology staff at Northam hospital.

My Dad attended an urgent CT scan at the radiology department to address a chronic health issue, the staff at the radiology department were kind, patient and helpful. They discovered my dad had a collapsed lung and sent us straight to the ED to be triaged.

Every single nurse, doctor and staff member who interacted with him were kind, respectful and patient with my dad despite the obviously very busy ED. They have been trying their hardest to help him as much as they can, taking time to explain each step of his care.

I’m so unbelievably grateful for their hard work and kindness in this stressful and difficult time.
