My issue surrounds "duty of care".
On numerous occasions the WBC was high and no further tests were requested.
I believe you can clearly observe that there has been a high WBC over numerous months with only one reading taken that was in spec in March (could be a false positive).
The testing after that date showed a rise in the WBC again (late July) and still nothing done!
The overall medical conclusion of my heart surgeon is that Microplasma Pneumonia was laying dormant for at least 1 year awaiting a drop in my immune system to activate, which of course it did.
The clinical diagnosis was "walking Pneumonia" Microplasma Pneumonia, which is not screened for pre op.
I feel my GP has failed in their duty of care.
"Lack of duty of care by my GP"
