About: Home Care Service (Alpine Health)

(as a relative),

We really appreciate what they’ve done. We’ve had their assistance since last year, since my sister needed assistance.

In the beginning, when she first came, Meals on Wheels was fantastic, and Alpine Health, where carers come in and vacuum, have continued on.

But since a month or so ago, Lite n’ Easy has taken over Meals on Wheels for Alpine Shire. Lite n’ Easy have been delivering, and any assistance they’ve provided has been good. We’ve got a provider from Alpine Health coming, and we appreciate all the assistance.

It is wonderful to hear that the support your sister has received from Alpine Health has been helpful and that you have had a positive experience with our carers and services.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the recent transition from Meals on Wheels to Lite n’ Easy. We understand that changes to services can take some adjustment, so it is reassuring to hear that the Lite n’ Easy deliveries and support have been working well for your sister.

I will also make sure your positive feedback is shared with the relevant Alpine Health team. It is always valuable for our staff to hear when the support they provide is making a difference.
