"Most wonderful experience at Collie Hospital"

I had the most wonderful experience this morning. I attended my local hospital, Collie Hospital WA, and the care was out of this world. With everything people say about hospitals and everything else, I felt I needed to compliment our hospital very much.

I’m 77, and Michael and Kate were on. Being in my elderly years, I had every service imaginable. From having an ECG and blood tests to them being concerned about the pain I was in - you name it, it was done for me without any complaints. They were there for me every moment, and it was absolutely fantastic.

I’ve been there before, and there’s also a wonderful nurse who comes on, Leonie. For a little country town as we are, our hospital has a service that goes far beyond.

You know they’re busy, doing blood tests and ECGs and you name it, but Michael came up to me and said would you like a cup of tea? I said, a glass of water will be just fine. It’s these little things that help make the experience a lot easier and more comfortable.

The other thing I find is that when you feel comfortable in their presence, you can talk to them and feel comfortable answering their questions.

I just felt that Michael, Kate, Leonie, and Collie Hospital deserved to be complimented for the wonderful care and service they provide.
