I was scheduled to have a Colonoscopy at Daylesford Health. Having never been there before, I was unsure of what to expect.
From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome and respected. From the receptionist greeting me by name, a smile from a cleaner, the lovely, caring nurses, to the surgeon and anaesthetist who introduced themselves and were friendly and professional. The procedure was well explained, I was made to feel comfortable and included in what was happening. The hospital itself is new and clean. Topped off with a yummy sandwich afterwards 😋
All in all, a great experience.
