"Amazing care provided by the Esperance Palliative Care Team"

My partner's mother has been under the care of the Esperance Palliative Care team for a number of years.  They were very understanding of her needs and respectful of her wishes.  Recently her health declined and they made it possible for her to die at home peacefully and with dignity.  We were unsure if we were going to able to care for her at home but through their help, Ambulatory Care and other loved ones, we were able to have the most loving and caring environment for her to pass. 

The service they provide is 24 hours and they made sure that we were supported no matter what time of the day.  They were very patient with explaining medication administration and the supporting documents really made us feel confident to care for her at home.  

We can't thank you enough and hope that this service continues to expand so that this invaluable care continues in country West Australia.
