I cannot speak highly enough of Julie, such an experienced Podiatrist at Albany Health Campus. I was so incredibly anxious about my minor foot procedure and she talked me through it, alleviated my concerns and was incredibly professional. Albany Health Campus is so lucky to have her working there. I could have ended up in ED without her help and im so grateful! I do hope she is recognised for the incredible professional she is.

We understand that undergoing a procedure can be an anxious experience, and it is wonderful to hear that Julie's professionalism, expertise and compassionate approach helped to alleviate your concerns and make you feel supported throughout your treatment.

Providing patient-centred care that is both clinically excellent and reassuring is something we strive for, and your comments highlight the positive difference that skilled and caring staff can make. I will ensure that your kind words and recognition are shared with Julie and her manager.
