I just wanted to share my appreciation toward the nursing team in particular at the day ward. Alongside the many others who assisted once again with an overall best as can be expected experience under the circumstances.
The nursing team were friendly, supportive, caring and understanding of my needs. Enabling a smooth experience, I could see around me other patients were all treated with respect to.
As this was the first time I had a partner with me, I realised from her feedback that I may have been too open or cheeky in my responses, emphasised by sedatives. However, personally I wasn't aware of my behaviour so I apologise if that made anyone uncomfortable.
Genuinely this is all the more reason to share my appreciation from the team.
Please keep up the quality care, and keep smiling. It really helps.
