Partner presented to ED after being stung by a bee and having signs of anaphylaxis. ED has 2 windows saying push white button and present to window to speak with nurse. Is 2 windows and 1 was ward clerk not nurse so a bit confusing. After this nil issues whatsoever. Triage nurse was great, once in doctor, student doctor and nurses all very good. Conversations overheard with other patients and handover to next shift all done very well. All procedures explained. Good discharge information and education. Very thankful for the teams care.
