"My appointment"

I had carpool tunnel surgery on my right hand and today was my appointment to remove the bandage.

My appointment was at 9:10 am ,I did arrived earlier at 8:30 so be on time for it and now is 10:38 and I am still waiting. who ever arrived after me for same reason all gone and I am still waiting. definitely u need to do something about the timing pls .thank u 

Later added:

I was waiting for 3 hours at the waiting area then finally they call my name they toke me in removed the bandage then they said I need to wait for the doctor to check it ,I was waiting for another hour inside for the doctor then the doctor show up they checked it for one or two minutes and let me go .it was very annoying to wait for more then 3 hours for a 2 minute check up.
