About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as a relative),

I just received a letter in regards to my mum’s hospital stay and afterwards. She was admitted to Fiona Stanley Hospital and had home help come afterwards.

She kept on saying to give her opinion, as she was very happy with everything. Being an elderly lady, she was very happy with the service at the hospital and when she came home and they took care of her.

The social worker was good. Tara, Carli and Fiona all came as well. She had good experiences with all three of them.

It was also a very timely service. There was no wait for the home service, it happened immediately, which is not what happens with most services.
