After a wonderful labour experience my baby became very sick and required specialised care in the AHC special care nursery. Our total stay was 6 nights and we therefore got to meet most of the midwives, special care nurses and pediatric team at AHC. Each and every one of them treated us with kindness, respect and compassion for our circumstance. As new parents, our extended stay set us up for success when we returned home as the staff had helped build our confidence in caring for our newborn.
