"Having a colonoscopy at Kyneton Hospital"

It was a very good experience right from the pre admission calls both from Admin and then the Nursing staff- very clear directions and friendly, helpful advice. Admission on the day was very efficient and the experience pre and post procedure was really good due to the lovely balance that the whole team achieved between professionalism and relaxed interplay both with me and their colleagues to create a really comfortable environment. Communication was good throughout as was the care and attention by all staff. Made the experience of an unpleasant procedure so much better than expected.
