(as the patient),

I would like to acknowledge the care I received from the Pain Management Team and thank them for their support  in my recovery from ongoing pain issues. The team guided me through the links between the brain and pain and with their encouragement and training I am now pain free and participating in all my everyday activities again. I want to thank the team and wish them every success in helping and changing the lives of many more clients.
