"Outpatients"

I went to outpatients at Sydney Eye Hospital and wanted to tell you how wonderful the staff were. I have never ever been looked after so well in my life. 

I had a cataract removed and they were absolutely excellent.

I want to thank every one of them. They went above and beyond. They were excellent, couldn’t be better, and they did all of this even though they were extremely busy.

To tell you the truth, it was so good that when the doctor removed it, I knew he was there and he said, just sit outside and you can go home.

I said, but I came to have my cataract removed, and he said, I’ve removed it!

He had removed it and I didn’t even realise. They were absolutely excellent.
