"Moving my parent"

Just been told that they are moving my parent from the hospital to another. My parent is waiting for age care home. They have been back and forward from Albany to mount barker hospital for weeks. Two weeks ago my parent lost part of a finger there by a door in the hospital in mount barker. My parent has dementia and can not see much , they rely on people to dress and do things for them. 

I am the only family member i have to travel so far that it’s impossible to see my parent every week. They are going 70 km away from me in the opposite  way from me. I do all washing for them as the hospital hasn’t so how does this system work.  My parent doesn’t understand what going on how do you tell them.  So my parent looks like they are going to katinning hospital regardless of what I say or the social working in Albany.
