About: Narrogin Health Service / Emergency Department

(as a carer),

Our 89 year old client and I had an absolute WONDERFUL service on Thursday afternoon, from RN Chloe and the ED doctor on duty. 

Our client has been hand balled from service to service, and our Aged Care team seemed to be the only ones fighting for their care.

When we presented to ED, we were admitted immediately and Chloe was thorough and caring. The ED doctor came over once he had all information, and immediately went into his own testing, and was very concerned with the lack of care our client had been receiving.

I expressed concerns about the long weekend, and our client has been kept in hospital the whole weekend.

I wish I knew the ED doctors name, but he was brilliant.
