"Respiratory dept mismanagement"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB Level 7 - Respiratory Medicine and Infectious Diseases Ward

(as the patient),

Briefly my appointments at POW respiratory have been postponed or not officially recorded at least twice.

I have been under the care since I succombed to a pulmonary embolism as a result of the first covid vaccine by Astra Zeneca. I was admitted to POW Randwick via the ER and was hospitalised for 6 days.

My last appointment was in April 2025. I attanded a lung function test in May 2025.

My next appointment was March 26 but on telephoning the unit some days earlier I was advised this appoinment did not exist despite my Appointment card being noted.

The subsequent appointment was made by my Registrar in POW ID dept for a recent date......however I received a letter recently advising a change to July 2027 had been arranged.

I spoke with the said Registrar and they confirmed an appointment was made but online the session was cancelled due to an office error.

I suffer mild asthma daily and a few times each week I have more serious asthma events which are debilitating. I cannot understand the mismanagement or careless administrative errors to my appointments. I need a much earlier appointment to resolve my asthma condition.

Please help and investigate
