My daughter had surgery at Kyneton Health in Sept 2026. From the moment we arrived we felt like part of a family, every interaction from reception through to the recovery team was exceptional. The communication during a very stressful time was superb. The empathy shown by all staff and genuine kindness really stood out to us. The whole experience made us feel cared for and understood. Beautiful team of people that deserve huge recognition.
