"Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy at Kyneton Hospital"

I have lost count of how many times I have visited the Kyneton Hospital for these procedures and I have never been disappointed. The staff are wonderful people who show immense care for our well-being and for our dignity. The hospital is always spotlessly clean and the staff go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

The operating theatre, too, was sqeaky clean and very well organised. The apprehension I felt when I was entering the theatre was quickly dissipated by those waiting for me; by the rapport they established by both addressing me personally and their friendly demeanour. In my opinion, there is nothing to be changed and nothing to improve. For what it was, it was a very positive experience for me.
