(as a parent/guardian),

I recently arrived from Canada for the birth of my grandson at Geraldton Health Campus. As a 37 yr RN recent retiree,  I had concerns not knowing what the Australian Healthcare experience would be.  These concerns were quickly laid to rest, from the friendly volunteers, various staff,  hospital cleanliness and above and beyond expert care given by each multidiscipline Team member. A big shout out, well deserved!! Kudos to the Geraldton Health Campus Team, Canada could learn a thing or two about  patient/family experience.... they know and work to the definition of Team. I only have good things to say,  such a positive reassuring experience from the minute I walked through the doors. Thank you to everyone for making this such a memorable experience.

Thank you for the acknowledgement and for sharing with your Team members. My grandson was there for a one week duration and doing well at home now. I had the opportunity to talk to a variety of Team there and it was always a positive experience. I will feel better returning to Canada next month knowing my family is in good hands. From the bottom of my heart ❤️ I thank each and everyone of you! God bless you and your efforts to make a difference each and every single day 🙏.
