I made the appointment specifically because it was bulk billing and I felt I could basically diagnose myself but I had never been to this practice before. As a new patient I had to fill in a form and give details to the receptionist, not once did she look me in the eye, even when I asked questions. I felt I was treated like I didn't exist, in other words I felt there was no "customer service". The GP then proceeded to diagnose antibiotics for my cold sore and did not look in my eye despite the fact I said I had conjunctivitis. Once I asked the doctor to take a closer look (the doctor did) but I didn't see any hand washing before or after, despite proceeding to give me antibiotic drops for my highly contagious conjunctivitis. Needless to say I won't be going back, even for the bulk billing option.
