Anne-Maree and Karen both go to a lot of trouble to help me see the doctor. I am a diabetic and need to visit doctors often and Anne-Maree and Karen organise all the community transport, forms and go with me to help me understand what the doctor is saying. I wanted to thank them for all their help.
