About: GPs in the Oxley Electoral District

(as the patient),

From what I have experienced there is no waiting or appointment required. I think the service is friendly and I feel comfortable and safe. I do think more promotion of the operating hours is needed and a sign to indicate the medical centre is open.

If I didn’t check last time I wouldn’t have known it was open due to lack of any indication or signage.

Thank you for your helpful feedback on our After Hours service. We are glad you find the service friendly and comfortable. We take pride in our little waiting times and no appointment required policy. Thank you for your suggestion for greater promotion and advertisement of our After Hours service. We are actually in the process of increasing our advertisement to inform the community about our Medical Centre and its convenient operating hours. Thank you once again for putting time aside to give us feedback, it is greatly appreciated.
