(as the patient),

Having access to a doctor this late at night was great, as it saved us the trouble of travelling to a hospital.

This service made me feel welcomed and safe knowing that the medical staff could look after me after business hours.

Firstly, thank you for your positive feedback regarding our After Hours service. We are delighted to hear that our After Hours services are saving our patients the trouble of travelling and also long waiting times at the hospitals. As well as reducing the strain on our public hospitals. It is encouraging to know that our medical staffs are doing a good job of making a welcoming and safe environment.
