Obviously, as the title states, it was quite a bad time for us but the midwives at Northpark Private Hospital were amazing, given the circumstances.
Everyone we came across was empathetic and helped us wherever they could. We were never brushed off, always told of our rights and responsibilities and not rushed out the door.
As terrible as the experience, Northpark staff made it an comfortable as they could.
