We went for 6 Wednesdays to learn healthy eating and general wellbing and learing exercise and weight loss. The dietitian was so knowleable in her field (top marks to Sheree). Judy ran the other lessons - we are to meet again in 3 months for follow up - this keeping us on track - a very worthwhile course, thank you
