Advised by Doctor to contact program following tests. Contact was made with program co-coordinator Sara, who enrolled us and explained the projects
aim to improve the health of adults by increasing awareness of healthy eating and physical activity.
We found the course extremely well organised and the information provided excellent. All sessions were interesting and the visual presentation complimented the written notes.
The two main presenters Sara and Kim were very proficient and their manner of presentation was relaxed, but they appeared determined to ensure all participants were included.
No pressure was placed on us, but we were encouraged to engage in the classroom format.
The shopping tour was well done, with hands on participation. Overall we are pleased we attended, with positive results in our physical assessment.
It is a program we would recommend to any person who required a healthier lifestyle.
A big thank you to Sara and Kim for encouraging us to think Healthy, Eat Healthy and use Physical Activity to our Benefit.
