Calling my mother from the US I called and got put on hold 8 times. I was told they would put me through as soon as possible but I had to ring back 5 times to try to get through as they just kept dropping the call. Each time I called back, I asked to be put through and finally, after getting cranky with them, they put me through 70 minutes later.
